I was absolutely blown away by the stunning 15th century Sarkej Roza, a dargah and mosque complex on the outskirts of Ahmedabad. The intricately carved jaali screens and the amalgamation of Hindu and Islamicate architecture, make this structure an absolute gem in the Gujarati landscape and well worth a visit.
